RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Grave & Glory Threads items are made to order. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the return label.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (trying on is okay).
• One (1) free exchange or return per order is included when approved.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

REFUNDS

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

• Approved exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Returns or exchanges will be denied if items show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or improper care.

CARE DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or drying, including shrinkage, fading, dye transfer, or fabric damage. Please follow care instructions on the garment tag.

SHIPPING

• U.S. return shipping is covered in most cases for the first approved return or exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.
• Packages marked “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” will require a re-shipping fee.
